Background

Rostislav Vacek started playing guitar in 2022, producing in 2023. Shortly after he was starting to pick up skills, he went through serious wrist injuries, like tendinitis, a serious wrist sprain, carpal tunnel syndrome, all at the same time. Which led him to 1 year off from guitar and music altogether. It was a really painful area of his life. After a year, he got back up through determination, consistency and having a clear purpose with his life, which are all his main forces going forward.

Since then, Rostislav has started a YouTube channel and has been posting consistently for over 2 years now. He has gotten proficient at his instrument, production, mixing, mastering and content creation. Ha hasn't stopped here, infact, he will never stop getting better. He is DETERMINED to be the best guitarist, producer, engineer, content creator and overall person and musician, he can possibly be.

Vision

Rostislav Vacek is redefining what it means to be a multi-faceted artist. Starting his progressive metal project, full of atmospheric soundscapes, a notch of shredding complemented by tasteful melodies, which goes by his name. The band Deeviar, which blends innovation, raw authenticity, deep lyrics from the life of it's pop vocalist Veronika Vavrušová, metal injected licks, riffs, ambient soundscapes and much more, happening in the production. And producing, mixing and mastering for artists, like Alžběta Pechová.

As a self-taught artist who’s gotten proficient at guitar playing, songwriting, producing, and engineering, Rostislav has created a community, that empowers aspiring, determined guitarists to create the best music they possibly can all whilst taking care of their health, in the most effective way possible. By being authentic and sharing his unique ways of becoming better, Rostislav is building a community designed to make it in music.
